INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We offer complimentary return of incorrect items or of items damaged during shipping within South Africa. To exchange an item, please:

- Ensure the item is unused and re-packed in its original packaging, ready for the couriers to collect.
UNWANTED ITEMS
Should you not want the item that you received, you may:

- Ensure the item is unused and re-packed in its original packaging, ready for the couriers to collect.
Once the item is received back in satisfactory condition, we will subtract the cost of the return from the total amount paid and arrange for a refund.
The cost of international returns will be covered by the customer.
Please note that customized or custom made items are not refundable.
